PT: "Existem, atualmente na Costa Nova, duas igrejas. A antiga, mais conhecida por Capela da N.ª Sr.ª da saúde, a qual foi constituída no areal junto à praia. O santo padroeiro é, neste caso, a N.ª Sr.ª da Saúde, existindo também na capelinha as imagens de St. Amaro, de quem os pescadores são muito devotos, a imagem de N.ª Sr.ª de Fátima e, mais recentemente, a imagem de S. José.
Ao lado desta foi erguida uma nova igreja, uma vez que a antiga já não oferecia condições de recolher um elevado número de fiéis que, e de um modo especial, na época balnear aí se dirigiam numa demonstração de fé. Esta, porém, de linhas mais modernas foi construída em forma hexagonal, tendo no seu interior grandes painéis de azulejo e uma única imagem, a da padroeira, N. Sr.ª da Saúde. Foi inaugurada a 30 de Abril d 2000, sendo, por isso de construção bastante recente.
Enriqueceu-se, ainda, com um Órgão de Tubos, o que tem possibilitado a realização de variados concertos de Música Sacra, interpretados por vários organistas nacionais e estrangeiros."
EN: "There are currently two churches in Costa Nova. The old one, better known as Capela da N.ª Sr.ª da Saúde, which was built on the sand next to the beach. The patron saint is, in this case, Nossa Senhora da Saúde, with images of St. Amaro, to whom the fishermen are very devoted, the image of N.ª Sr.ª de Fátima and, more recently, the image of S. José.
Next to it, a new church was built, since the old one was no longer able to gather a large number of faithful who, and in a special way, during the bathing season, went there in a demonstration of faith.
