When visiting the Dolfinarium in Harderwijk, a large sea mammal park, I was delighted to see this very nice beach. Unfortunately the weather was not nice enough to take a dive, but it looked welcoming. There is a café nearby and toilets in the park. It is located in the north of the park. You can swim in the Wolderwijd. At the entrance of the beach is a sign. A ticket to the Dolfinarium is about 20 euros, but alongside the beach there are many attractions to see. You can even rent this beach for an event for up to 700 people (if you want they include a BBQ).
