This tunnel is made for The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Waterworks Ogochi Line, which is opened in 1952 and operated until 1957.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Waterworks Ogochi Line was a dedicated railroad line operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Waterworks.

The line was constructed and managed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Waterworks to transport materials for the construction of the Ogochi Dam, and after the dam was completed, the line was suspended.

Although the line was in operation for only five and a half years, it played an important role in the completion of the Ogawachi Dam, a water reservoir for Tokyo.

Please don't forget to find and grab the Geocache near this tunnel.
