EN: This old plow stands as a deocration in front of a residential house in the south of Schupfart.
The plow has no major visible damage, but is quite rusty.
A manufacturer plaque is not to be found. However, it is almost certainly a Brabant self-holding plow made by the Ott company. It was introduced in 1883 and was the most common plow model in Switzerland until the 1920s.
DE: Dieser alte Pflug staht als Deokration vor einem Wohnhaus im Süden von Schupfart.
Der Pflug hat keine grösseren sichtbaren Beschädigungen, ist aber ziemlich verrostet.
Eine Herstellerangabe ist nicht zu finden. Es handelt sich aber ziemlich sicher um einen Brabant-Selbsthalterpflug der Firma Ott. Dieses Modell wurde 1883 eingeführt und war bis in die 1920er Jahre der verbreitetste Pflug der Schweiz.
