This compass Rose shows where the wind is coming from.
It is mounted on the front, at the top of the ridge, near the entrance.
It is connected to the wind vane above it on the roof.
My photo shows that the wind is blowing from the west at that time.
It is a stone dish with the compass rose behind glass.
The stone dish is about 1 meter in diameter and is finished with a head with bulging cheeks, as it blows the wind.
Gusts of wind are visible to the left and right of the head.
