This refuge was built with the objective to create trail paths within the country, some actual routes met there where the hikers or nature lovers will be able to find a nice place to rest.
Activities that can be made:
- birdwatching.
- botanical observation.
- hiking in the near trails to see sorrounding waterfalls.
- hillwalking to "Cerro Negro", or "Bajo Bonito" (to visit the orchid garden).
- two days trekking to the Antón Valley.
- swim, plunge or do a recreational fishing in the river.
- just take a pleasant rest in the refuge.
