EN: This sundial is located on the south facade of the Rütli pharmacy in the center of Brunnen.
The gnomon is in the painted image of a sunflower. The hours are in Arabic numerals on a curved band that is also painted. To the left of the sundial there are a few painted plants.
On the left side is written: "Fugiant Solis Horae
Semper herbarum medicina viget" (The hours of the sun flee. The medicine of the herbs always thrives).
DE: Diese Sonnenuhr befindet sich an der Südfassade der Rütli-Apotheke im Zentrum von Brunnen.
Der Zeiger ist im Bild einer Sonnenblume angeracht. Die Stunden befinden sich in arabischen Zahlen auf einem ebenfalls gemalten geschwungenen Band. Links von der Sonnenuhr hat es noch ein paar gemalte Pflanzen.
Auf der linken Seite steht:"Fugiant Solis Horae
Semper herbarum medicina viget" (die Stunden der Sonne fliehen. Die Medizin der Kräuter gedeiht immer.)
