The 35-meter tall arch was erected here in 1996. It has a steel structure, in rust color. The metal ribbon was shaped in the arch shape with a circular form on the top. The monument is often passed through on the way to the ferry terminal. It stretches over a tunnel hidden underneath a roundabout.
