In order to disseminate the charm of the city by collaborating with various actors and utilizing art, in 2018 (the first year of the second half of the Shiba district version plan), based on the enforcement of the law on promotion of cultural and artistic activities by persons with disabilities, Minato-ku local government decided to cooperate with the disability week commemorative project.
