This plaque commemorates the official opening of the Lions Park by District Governor 201G Ken Lentfer during the tenth anniversary of the Norfolk Island Lions Club and the Norfolk Island Bicenternary year 27-10-1974. This park was designed and laid out by Lions Club members for the people of Norfolk Island
