This sledding hill in a city park has been a popular place for sledders for years. The closer you are to the driveway at the foot of Gibson Street, the steeper the slope. As you head east towards the parking area, the hill height decreases. Depending upon the conditions of the snow, it may be possible to slide all the way to the Niagara River. Any type of sled can be used here. Snowboarders can often be seen on the west side of the Gibson Street driveway.
