Inaugurado en 1849, es el casino más antiguo de Albacete. Su primera sede estuvo situada en la casa de Pertusa de la calle Rosario hasta que en 1854 se trasladó a la calle Mayor.
Sin embargo, el edificio actual fue construido en 1927 en la calle Tesifonte Gallego de la capital albaceteña, una de las más importantes de la ciudad, con motivo de la ampliación por esa vía de su segunda sede, que se quedó pequeña.
El edificio, de estilo modernista, finge la antesala de un teatro decimonónico.? Es obra de los arquitectos Julio Carrilero y Manuel Múñoz.
El interior destaca por su extremado lujo con salones de estilo palaciego. Lugar de interés turístico de la capital albaceteña, en la actualidad es un centro cultural con restaurante y cafetería.

Opened in 1849, it is the oldest casino in Albacete. Its first headquarters were located in Pertusa's house on Rosario street until it was moved to Mayor street in 1854.
However, the current building was built in 1927 on Tesifonte Gallego street in the capital of Albacete, one of the the most important in the city, due to the expansion of its second headquarters, which was too small.
The modernist-style building simulates the antechamber of a nineteenth-century theater. It is the work of the architects Julio Carrilero and Manuel Múñoz.
The interior stands out for its extreme luxury with palatial-style rooms. Place of tourist interest in the capital of Albacete, today it is a cultural center with a restaurant and cafeteria.
