Watcher (inaczej Pan Peryskop), to charakterystyczna jednooka, czarna postać, przedstawiona najczęściej za pomocą graffiti, która ma skupiać uwagę na różnych interesujących obiektach znajdujących się w jej otoczeniu. Jej twórcą jest street artowiec z Poznania, który przyjął pseudonim japońskiego skoczka narciarskiego – Noriaki Kasai. Watcher pojawił się na ulicach stolicy Wielkopolski ok. 2011 roku. Od tego czasu postać ta bardzo zyskała na popularności i wyewoluowała. Można ją już spotkać nie tylko w Poznaniu lub innych miastach Polski, ale też w wielu europejskich metropoliach takich jak Londyn czy Madryt. Wiele malunków powstało nie tylko dzieki twórcy, ale i jego naśladowcom, którzy zaczęli nanosić Watchera dosłownie wszędzie. Watcher jest obecnie postacią kultową, która choć umieszczana wbrew prawu, ubarwiła wiele miejsc i przyciągnęła uwagę niejednego przechodnia.
Na co Watcher zwraca uwagę w tym miejscu? Najpewniej na Stary Browar, który jest jedną z najbardziej unikalnych galerii handlowych w Polsce, promującej artystów.

Watcher (or Mr. Periscope), is a characteristic one-eyed, black coloured character, usually presented by means of graffiti, which is supposed to focus attention on various interesting objects in its surroundings. It was created by a street artist from Poznan, who took the pseudonym of a Japanese ski jumper - Noriaki Kasai. Watcher appeared on the streets of the capital of Wielkopolska around 2011. Since then, this character has gained a lot of popularity and evolved. He can already be found not only in Poznan or other Polish cities, but also in many European metropolises such as London and Madrid. Many of these paintings were created not only by the artist, but also by his followers, who started to place Watchers literally everywhere. Nowadays, a Watcher is a cult figure who, although placed against the law, has colored many places and attracted the attention of many passers-by.
What does the Watcher pay attention to in this place? Most likely Stary Browar, which is one of the most unique shopping malls in Poland that promotes artists.
