The first spring house by the old spring was built in 1726. The water in the spring contains iron and is considered healthy, The spring house has been renewed and the current building from 1846 has been restored a few times. It is the oldest building in Brunnsparken. The spring house is open during the summer period.

Brunnsparken was a health resort where people came and lived for a few weeks. The iron-containing water in the area was used to cure several diseases.
