This ghost bike is located at the northeast corner of Court St and Meigs Ave in downtown Jeffersonville IN.
There was no plaque, no sign, no information we could find about this bike -- but the bike was bolted to the sidewalk, so it is intended as a somber memorial for someone, known only to their friends.
We had to enter a date in the field to post the waymark, but we do not know when this accident occurred. An internet search turned up a list of bicyclists in Louisville (http://ghostbikes.org/louisville) who have been memorialized, but nothing for Jeffersonville IN. WE also came up empty on newspaper articles.
