The Edithbrug is a railway bridge over the Maas between Ravenstein and Niftrik in the railway line between 's-Hertogenbosch and Nijmegen. It is named after the daughter of the English engineer who designed it

"The single-track bridge from 1872 consists of four arch bridges one after the other. It is built on piers wide enough to support a second bridge parallel to the existing one. Although the rest of the railway is double-track, the bridge has remained single-track.
WWII
This bridge is on May 10, 1940 at 5:15 am. blown up, destroying the two westernmost spans. It was restored on September 11, 1940. The Germans blew up the middle pier on their retreat on September 17, 1944, causing both middle spans to collapse into the river. Once again, the bridge was seriously, but not irreparably, damaged. The British then accelerated the repair of the bridge, using two temporary wooden piers. On February 4, 1945, trains were able to use the bridge again. The bridge was finally repaired in 1948. From 1868 to 1945, a similar example of this railway bridge lay across the Linge near Geldermalsen. However, this railway bridge was blown up in the Second World War. The bridge was replaced by a shorter variant that resulted from bridge sections from the Miljoenenlijn."
