The sculpture can be found at the back of the Cathedral. It is in the middle of the Cathedral, positioned about 50 cm's about the ground and is 2 meters high. It shows Maria sitting, with Jesus on her lap and Jozef standing next to them. Entrance to the church is free, donations are welcome.

"The Saint Quintinus Cathedral, addressed to Quintinus, is located in the center of Hasselt. The Sint-Quintinuskerk became a cathedral when the Diocese of Hasselt was founded in 1967. Until then, the inhabitants of the province of Limburg were members of the Diocese of Liège"
