Around the city of Vianen is a waterway which protected the city in the past. It is part of the Nieuw Hollandse Waterline (a Unesco Heritage Site). On the northside of the city (just outside the city gates), is this small tunnel.

This is quite a difficult category for my country, the Netherlands (being a very flat country). I saw this canaltunnel in the city of Vianen today. The city is surrounded by water (and used for boat tours) and this canal is underneath the main gate (Lekpoort).
