On the Turnhout Cemetery you will find the Mausoleum of the Verreet family in the middle of the cemetery.

The Mausoleum has a quite modern look and was built for the Verreet family. It is about 2 meters by 4 meters and 2 meters high. You can look into the Mausoleum from the outside. Several people of the Verreet family are mentioned on plaques. Furthemore, there are a couple of benches to pray and remember the dead ones.

I found on the internet mentioning that Mr. Verreet was civil engineer, built and owned several gas plants. He made plans for the expansion of the port in Zeebrugge. Source: (visit link)
