About the museum/collection:
"The museum collection consists of magazines, books, uniforms, badges, flags and banners. Besides the Dutch scouting history, attention is also paid to international scouting. For example, there are materials that recall the 1937 and 1995 world jamborees that were held in the Netherlands. This also includes the complete collection of 15 badges from 1937. The wide model shows mini scouts with a troop cart, tents, a tower, a bridge, a raft, a cable car and a burning campfire. The exhibitions have varying themes every year."

Hours of Operation:
The National Scouting Museum is open to the public on Saturdays from 2-4 p.m. In the months of July and August the museum is also open Wednesday afternoon open from 2-4 p.m. Please make a reservation for a visit on Wednesday.
