On the way to the North Cape you can park at several beautiful viewpoints, for example at Tufjordhøyda. There is only this one road, E 69, to the North Cape Plateau.
Whales can sometimes be seen in the Tufjord. In winter it is a perfect place to see the northern lights and in summer there is midnight sun.
