The modest part of the beach is near parking, however online sources point to a section of the beach about a quarter to half a mile down the coast due to its relative solitary setting. Parking is able to handle 40 cars, but depending on the day and season it could require a permit and be quite full so plan early.

Longnook Beach is a quiet almost isolated beach located at the end of Long Nook Road. Backed by massive sand dunes, this is the best beach for nude sunbathing on Cape Cod. The picturesque landscape is enhanced by small waves great for boogie-boarding or some rougher swimming.

The nude section of the beach extends for a mile or so heading south towards Ballston Beach. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the right upon entering the beach. The nudist section is exclusively under the control of the CCNS, and officials ignore nudity in this section. In return for your hike up the and down the sand dune to access the beach you will get beautiful sand and seals frolicking in the water.
