Sámediggi or Sámi Parliament is located in Karasjok, which is described as the capital of the Sami in Norway. The parliament building for the Sami Parliament is partly designed as a traditional Sami lavvu.

Karasjok (Northern Sami: Kárášjohka) is a Norwegian town on the Finnmark plateau. Finnmarksvidda is the southernmost and very sparsely populated part of Finnmark County in northern Norway. There are 1,811 inhabitants (2020).
The town originated in the 18th century as a Sami church site and is now a well-visited town for wilderness tourism. In Karasjok you can see the Sami Parliament, the Sami TV station and the Sami museum and thus function in many ways as the Sami capital.
