Hewanorra International Airport, located on the island of St. Lucia north of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, handles 700,000 passengers a year and can accommodate Boeing 747, Airbus A330, Airbus A340, Boeing 777, and other long-range intercontinental aircraft.
There are plenty of shops available. Souvenir stands, watch, perfume, a priority lounge for private waiting, restaurants, and sundries. One can also pay for a "private" escort to get you through customs quickly.
Delta, British Airways, and JetBlue are the primary carriers.
