This place is in the peace of all the invitations, in front of the sea one can admire the sight there and contemplate the coastline. It is also the ideal place for the start of a beautiful walk or quite simply for a picnic break. At the bottom of this point of view is a large beach with pleasant supervised swimming with the children.

"From the top of the cliff stands a curious construction, in very good condition, appearing to be a chapel. It is not the case. It is indeed a guardhouse, old customs shelter dating from the end. 17th century, enhanced by a kind of bell tower.

This one, which is actually a watchtower, is accessible by a small external staircase, from where one overlooks the bay drawing to the East.

From here, it allows you to watch the sea and the coast from Pointe du Nid to Pointe du Grouin. The pines that now dominate the cliff probably did not exist at the time it was built. The view was then also towards the Meinga Point, where another shelter was built."

Cet endroit se trouve au calme de toutes les invitations, face à la mer on peut y admirer la vue et contempler le littoral. C'est aussi l'endroit idéal pour le départ d'une belle balade ou tout simplement pour la pause pique-nique. En bas de ce point de vue se trouve une grande plage avec baignade surveillée agréable avec les enfants.

" Du haut de la falaise se dresse une curieuse construction, en très bon état, paraissant être une chapelle. Il n'en est rien. Il s'agit en effet d'un corps de garde, ancien abri de douanier datant de la fin du 17ème siècle, rehaussé d'une sorte de clocher.

Celui-ci, qui est en réalité une tour de guet, est accessible par un petit escalier extérieur, d'où l'on surplombe la baie se dessinant à l'Est.

De cet endroit, il permet de surveiller la mer et la côte allant de la Pointe du Nid jusqu'à la Pointe du Grouin. Les pins qui dominent désormais la falaise n'existaient sans doute pas à l'époque où il fut construit. La vue portait alors également vers la Pointe du Meinga, où un autre abri fut construit."
