The text in the plaque is in Spanish and it says that the plaque was placed during the commemorations of the 100th anniversary of Rotary International in Mexico. This coincided with the 7th meeting of the district, which took place in the 24th - 26th June 2021.
Oddly the plaque says the meeting took place "in these facilities" although the plaque is not in any building but in a pedestrian walkway.
