"Het klooster staat op de plaats van de 1722 afgebroken Kleefse burcht. Het middendeel van het klooster dateert uit 1816, de rest is na 1858 als klooster gebouwd. De grafkelder met daarin een aantal graven van priesters is uit de 19e eeuw en te bezichtigen. Onder het kruis is het wapen van de Dominicanen. De kloosterkerk is gebouwd rond 1858 en uitgebreid in 1879 naar een ontwerp van de architect van de neogotiek Pierre Cuypers. Het mozaïek boven de hoofdingang stelt Maria van de Rozenkrans voor. Naast de ingang zijn de beelden van de heiligen Dominicus en Thomas geplaatst. In de kerk bevinden zich een veertiental gebrandschilderde ramen, voorstellende de vijftien geheimen van de rozenkrans. Het orgel dateert uit het midden van de 19e eeuw. Voorts zijn er vier kapellen."

"The monastery stands on the site of the 1722 demolished Cleves castle. The middle part of the monastery dates from 1816, the rest was built as a monastery after 1858. The crypt containing a number of priests' graves dates from the 19th century and can be visited. Below the cross is the coat of arms of the Dominicans. The monastery church was built around 1858 and extended in 1879 to a design by the neo-Gothic architect Pierre Cuypers. The mosaic above the main entrance depicts Mary of the Rosary. Next to the entrance are the statues of Saints Dominic and Thomas. In the church there are fourteen stained glass windows, representing the fifteen mysteries of the Rosary. The organ dates from the middle of the 19th century. There are also four chapels."
