"The dovecote has an open square stone substructure, three sides of which consist of two pointed arches. The fourth on the north side consists of a large round arch. On the substructure there is an octagonal floor, the actual pigeon house. In five sides of this are small arch-shaped entrance openings. There is a wooden hatch on the north side. The octagonal floor is closed with a tent roof covered with slates. On top is a wooden octagonal lantern with a spire with a weather vane in the shape of a sitting pigeon. The dovecote was restored in 1975."
