The Storseisundet Bridge is one in a series of multiple bridges on the Atlantic Road. At a certain point this bridge appears to go up and end.

The Storseisundet Bridge is the longest of the eight bridges that make up the The Atlantic Road. It is also a National tourist route.
The bridge was completed in 1989. The weather here by the Atlantic Ocean is often very windy and therefore it took 6 years to build the bridge.
The bridge is 260 meters (850 ft) long and with a maximum clearance to the sea of 23 meters. It connects the two municipalities Hustadvika and Averøy.
The Norwegians have named the bridge the building of the century.
