The main cemetery of St Gallen is located a bit out of the center and it's sometimes considered a tourist attraction, one of the places to visit in town.

The Friedhof Feldli is located in a suburb of St Gallen, a nice suburb, NW of the center. It's still at a walking distant, roughly 1,5 km from the train station.
It's a wide cemetery, with open spaces and plenty of free areas. It's very well attended and it contains some beautiful graves. There are completely different areas, with different styles. There is a main entrance, by which one will find a cemetery chapel, but then there are several minor entrances.
