Formerly known as Grand Hotel, now Clarion Collection Hotel Grand. One of the many buildings that were bombed during the Luftwaffe's attack on 27 May 1940. Of Bodø's 760 houses, 420 were lost in the German attack. 15 people lost their lives during the bombing and 4000 people no longer had a residence.
On the wall there is a blue plaque posted by "Byen vårres" with the following text:
