The small mountain Renstadsnipan near the village of the same name (Renstad) in the municipality of Kil in Sweden's Värmland province has a height of 253 m above sea level. At the highest point there is a wooden observation tower of about 12m height built by the municipality in 2003.
Visible from the tower top is the surrounding landscape (mainly trees), the village Renstad and the lakes Rinnen, Renstadtjärnet and Nordsjötjärnet.
The tower can only be reached from the official parking lot, which is about 150m lower than the tower, via the sometimes quite steep hiking trail of about 1.7km in length - sturdy shoes are an advantage here. There is also a seating area with a table and a shelter near the observation tower.
