At one time, this was the home of the South Hills School of Business and Technology, then the school moved to a larger facility. Now this is office space for various businesses.
The brick building is elevated, allowing the ground level to be used for parking. Stairs and an elevator allow access to the floors above.
The business school used this building in 1970, so it is at least that old.
