The sculpture with the bear in the bathtub is located in St. Marie's pedestrian street.
The sculpture is made of granite, gilded bronze and running water, made by the artist Petter Hepso in 2016.
The title Flod (River) symbolizes that Sarpsborg is located by a river, which both gives life and can cause destruction in a city by floods. The bear is part of Sarpsborg's city coat of arms.
