DE: Auf dem Dach des Kindergartens "An der alten Zuckerfabrik", der sich im Bürogebäude der ehemaligen Zuckerfabrik im Brühler Stadtteil Ost befindet sich eine neue digitale Sirenenanlage mit vier in 90° Winkeln angeordneten Sirenenköpfen. Sie ersetzt die Sirene vom Typ E57 (sogenannter Heulpilz), die sich auf dem Dach des 2019 abgerissenen Schlachthofes in der Bergerstraße befand.
Die Anlage des Typs EPS 500 von der Firma PSE hat eine Leistung von 500W und erlaubt so einen Schalldruck von 109 dB(A), mit der digitalen Anlage sind neben den üblichen Sirenensignalen auch Durchsagen an die Bevölkerung möglich.

EN: A new digital siren system with four siren heads arranged at 90° angles is located on the roof of the "An der alten Zuckerfabrik" kindergarden, which is located in the office building of the former sugar factory in the east of Brühl.
