Ik moest in Deventer werken in het park ten westen van de Koningin Julianastraat, onder andere naast dit gebouw. Normaal zie je wel meteen bij kerken welke stroming het betreft, maar bij dit gebouw was ik erg benieuwd. De Emannuel gemeente is een zelfstandige evangelische kerkgemeente. Ik zag de hele tijd auto's en fietsen het hek binnen rijden dus ik denk dat het een hele actieve kerk is. Op hun website (emmanuelgemeente.nl) las ik ook dat ze een speciale kinderkerk hebben.

I had to work in Deventer in the park west of Koningin Julianastraat, next to this building, among other things. Normally you can immediately see which movement is involved in churches, but I was very curious about this building. The Emannuel church is an independent evangelical church. I saw cars and bicycles driving into the gate all the time so I think it is a very active church. On their website (emmanuelgemeente.nl) I also read that they have a special children's church.
