This station monitors the water levels of Oatka Creek. It is located right bank of the creek, 40FT downstream from bridge on Union Street in Garbutt. Approximately 1.5 miles west of Scottsville, NY.

The historic crest was 8.64FT on March 31st, 1960. With the low water mark of 2.1FT on September 11th, 1949.
