Am Weg zum Bahnsteig Richtung Süden des Bahnhofs Hetzendorf steht ein Baum, der über die Jahre den nahen Zaun nahezu inhaliert hat. Interessant ist, dass man an manchen Stellen der Rinde regelrecht das quadratische Muster des Maschendrahtzauns erkennen kann und erahnt, wie sich die Rinde durch jedes quadratische Loch des Zauns hindurchgearbeitet hat, während es an manchen Stellen so aussieht, als hätte man den Zaun auf einer Seite des Baumes eingeführt und er wäre auf der anderen Seite wieder ausgetreten.
Interessant ist auch, dass nicht nur ein Teil des Zauns betroffen ist, sondern der Zaun in seiner gesamten Höhe im Baum verschwunden ist.
