Pomnik ten upamiętnia ofiary mordu dokonanego przez NKWD, na funkcjonariuszach policji państwowej II RP, w 1940 roku w Twerze. Na tablicy znajduje się 15 nazwisk policjantów z terenów Pruszkowa, którzy zostali rozstrzelani i pochowani w dołach śmierci w Miednojach. Szacuje się, że łącznie w tej masakrze zginęło ok. 6300 osób. Pomnik ten składa się z dwóch pionowych płyt ułożonych w kształt otwartej książki. Całość znajduje się na niewielkim piedestale. Całość powstała w 2010 roku.
This monument commemorates the victims of murder committed by the NKVD on state police officers of the Second Republic of Poland in 1940 in Tver. On the plaque there are 15 names of policemen from the Pruszków area who were shot and buried in the death pits in Miednoje. It is estimated that in total about 6300 people died in this massacre. This monument consists of two vertical slabs arranged in the shape of an open book. The whole is placed on a small pedestal. The whole was created in 2010.
