The Maria Chapel is a well known chapel in Waalwijk. (WM : (visit link)

The Maria Chapel at Meerdijk 2C was built in 1947 out of gratitude to both Maria, for the protection during the war years, and the Scottish soldiers for the liberation of Waalwijk on October 30, 1944. The chapel has been a municipal monument since 1993.

The Old Faces sang a song honouring the Chapel. The name of the song is "het Kapelleke". It translates to "the little Chapel".
