Pomnik składa sie z głowy jelenia i jego poroża, umieszczonej na marmurowej kolumnie. Na niej znajdują się herby miast partnerskich (po lewej i prawej), oraz tabliczki objaśniające że pomnik powstał na 900-lecie miasta. Pod kolumną znajduje się tablica, który schematycznie wskazuje wszystkie miasta partnerskie oraz jaka odległość je dzieli od Jeleniej Góry.

The monument consists of a deer head and its antlers, placed on a marble column. On the column, there are the coats of arms of the twin towns (left and right), and the plates explaining that the monument was created for the 900th anniversary of the city and what UE project this was. Under the column, there is a board that schematically indicates all partner towns and how far they are from Jelenia Góra.
