OFFICE, built in 1901 to a design by W.F.J.H. Bouwman on behalf of the life insurance company "Noord Braband". The architecture shows features of Neo-Renaissance and chalet style. The building is located on the Grotestraat in the center of Waalwijk and is part of the ribbon development.
