La paroisse de Corte possède depuis peu son blason : Un visuel d’identification qui représente un Tau en fleurs de lys. Cette création a dû répondre à des règles précises régies par la science héraldique. C’est donc un héraldiste qualifié qui a créé, gracieusement, ce blason d’après les instructions du curé de la paroisse, l’Abbé Olivier Culioli.

Signification du blason de la paroisse de Corte La Vierge Marie et l’Archange Gabriel rappellent que la paroisse est placée sous la titulature de Notre-Dame-de l’Annonciation, le Tau (T de l’alphabet grec) en fleurs de lys, symbole de l’ordre franciscain, est une allusion à l’auguste enfant de la Cité, Saint-Théophile-de-Corte, membre de l’ordre franciscain, et le lys symbole de la Vierge Marie qu’il aimait tant.
