Carpet World has been locally owned and operated since they opened in 1968.
When this new location was built a globe was added to the building. The globe made of steel bars and has steel continents attached to it. The frame and continents are painted a light blue, which is partially wearing away. The worn areas of the land masses have started to develop a bit of rust, that is giving the land a more interesting look.
