This Little Free Pantry is located on the grounds of the Holy Cross Episcopal Church of Banner Elk, North Carolina and is constructed of wood with a shingle pitched roof and it has a clear plexiglass door front. It is mounted to a 6x6 beam and is set in the ground. A paper sign on the door reads "Little Food Pantry".
This Little Free Pantry was well stocked with old rusted and outdated cans and is not being properly maintained. A clear sign there is no food instability in this neighborhood. Most likely the LFP was just a Church project.
During my visit the LFP was stocked with several cans of green beans. There were also black beans and pintos. There were also a can of peas and some beets and a box of grits. There was also a can of sardines, wich I took to feed my cat colony because the can was rusty.
