Rank and Organization: Second Lieutenant (He exited service as a Lieutenant Colonel), Company C, 12th Vermont Infantry. Place and Date: At Gettysburg, Pa., 3 July 1863. Entered Service At: Burlington, Vt. Birth: Burlington, Vt. Date of Issue: 27 June 1892.

Citation:

Passed through a murderous fire of grape and canister in delivering orders and re-formed the crowded lines.

Currently Interred in Burlington Vermont, not too far from Ethan Allen. Not too much more info on him, one of many soldiers given the Medal of Honor for action at Gettysburg.
