De MTB route Gemonde is ongeveer 35 km lang. Je kunt op meerdere plekken opstappen :
- Kerkplein aan het Twijnmeer te Gemonde
- Parkeerterrein Restaurant De Boerenhofstede, Boxtelseweg 24, 5481 VG in Schijndel
- Het Groene Woud, Kasterensestraat 23, 5298 NV in Liempde
- Bij recreatieboerderij 't Dommeltje, Hoog Munsel 9, 5283 VT in Boxtel
- Parkeerterrein Cafe De Oude Ketting, Bosscheweg 74, 5283 WB in Boxtel
- Bij lunchgalerie De Rijker, Torenstraat 4, 5271 GA in Sint-Michielsgestel

Je fietst veel over brede zandpaden tussen landbouw- en bosgebieden en zijn voor de recreatieve mountainbiker. Zomers moet rekening gehouden worden met stukken met veel los zand die in de winter erg modderig kunnen worden. De route is voor 80% onverhard en heeft nagenoeg geen hoogteverschil. Er staat een Infobord bij het kerkplein aan het Twijnmeer in Gemonde. Tevens zijn er routefolders te koop bij de Regio-VVV in Den Bosch.

You cycle a lot on wide sandy paths between agricultural and forest areas and are for the recreational mountain biker. In summer, areas with a lot of loose sand should be taken into account, which can get very muddy in winter. The route is 80% unpaved and has almost no difference in height. There is an information board at the church square on the Twijnmeer in Gemonde. There are also route brochures for sale at the Regional Tourist Information Office in Den Bosch.
