This is a memorial bench dedicated to all those who lost their lives through the COVID-19 pandemic.
It is a bespoke wrought iron bench with representative images of all groups of people touched by the pandemic and with the inscription:
"To all those we lost through the Covid-19 pandemic
Never forgotten"

"For many months, to sit outside was but a wish"
East Grinstead Town Council placed two commemorative benches for the Covid pandemic, this one to remember all who have been lost or suffered through the lockdowns and one to thank the great efforts of the key workers who have and continue to help to bring us through.
