Located on the Sydney Harbor and easily accessible. The facility was opened to the public in 1973. It has a couple of restauraunts inside of it and near it if you are visting and feeling a little hungry.

Inside one of the art display areas, on a lower level (accessible from the side of the facility), is a small display showing the construction of the facility and some history about it.
