South Central Taekwondo South Central Taekwondo is on the north side of W 2nd Street, a bit west of Hastings Avenue, in downtown Hastings. The lead instructors are Grandmasters Michael & Vicki Neiman, with ranks of 8th Degree Black Belts, and also holding PhDs in Martial Arts Science.
